Tasting are October through June 1st and 3rd Fridays...and others as listed on web site, ads, or email notifications.

Fridays tastings 5:30 till 7:00 still $10 pp. (1/2 price for Wineaux Gregarious members!!!)

Late winter 2009 wine tastings

March 6th: Tuscany, Italian wines Specifically from Tuscany. We have done many Italian Wine tastings, so this time...let's focus on this one famous region. Famous wines such as: Chianti (of course...and there are actually 7 regions of Chianti..not just Classico, with the Black Rooster..but from the Rufina region too) Brunello di Montalcino and/or Rosso Di Montalcino; Vino Nobile di Montepulciano (not the Montepulciano D'Abruzzo we see so often, from Abruzzi...but the "Noble" red wine that preceded Brunello at Tuscany's top red wine of the Tuscan Nobility) and maybe even a white from San Gimignano...made from the Vernaccia grape (said to have been Michaelangelo's favorite wine...) and some other Tuscan reds..perhaps not the DOCG versions but a few of the IGT ones too...I&ll explain all about this at the Tasting. ciao bella...et Salute'

Friday March 20th: WASHINGTON WINES...time to explore the bounty from our own "back yard" again. There are so many great wines coming from our own State now, it's mindboggling. Cabernets, Syrah, Sangiovese, Malbec, Tempranillo, various Blends, both traditional and esoteric...and yes, even some of the best dang Merlots in the world! Oh and a few Whites too

Friday April 3rd: Aussie Wines: Now on to the "Land Down Under" to sample the latest offerings from this incredible country. Shiraz..(of course) and all sorts of other reds like Cabernets and blends, and a few whites too. we may have a special guest (usually a distributor rep or winemaker) at this, and/or any other of our tastings.
